Shipping

Rugs sizes 8’x10’ and smaller arrive via FedEx Ground. Rug sizes larger than 8’x10’ arrive via BTX Global.

White Glove Service

As part of our white glove service, items will be delivered to the room of your choosing, and packaging materials will be discarded for you. The price of white glove service is $400 through BTX Global.

Delivery

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery.

All rugs are shipped to your door with FedEx Ground except for sizes above 8’x10′ which ship with BTX Global. These oversized shipments may take a few days more as an appointment needs to be scheduled to be delivered when you are home.

All of our shipping partners will deliver to the front door of the building or lobby/package room. The shipping does not include delivery inside your home, unpacking or installation.  Unless you choose “White Glove Service” for an additional cost.

In-stock items usually ship within 4 business days. Out-of-stock or custom items will ship in 8 to 10 weeks.

Shipping Damages

Very rarely, a rug will get damaged during transport. When your order is delivered, if there is visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the delivery and note the damage on the form from the delivery company and notify us immediately. We will send you a new rug. Accepting a damaged rug voids your ability to return.

Shipping Restrictions

Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, contact us at heretohelp@viarugs.com to receive a quote and delivery time. Shipments to these locations do not qualify for free shipping.
