Our rugs can be sized to fit any space – small, large, or uniquely proportioned. Please fill out the form, including the exact specs, and we will be in contact to help you through every step of the process. Your custom rug will be handcrafted, for life.
We cannot cancel, refund, or exchange special orders unless they have verified manufacturing defects. All special orders are considered final. Once an order is placed, the customer is responsible for 100% of the invoice value.
